Value to be good lead from children

Brazil, is one of the countries more rich in South America but all this is thanks to the good leaders that it has had in all its history. For this reason, to the children from small have been infused in the schools values to learn how to be lead, but there are who think that the leader is not made if not that he is born as something intrinsic own.

I believe that it is very good idea that to the children learn values to become a great leaders. There are some people that think that it is not necessary to teach to be good lead, because the children are born with those values, and that it is very difficult to teach to be good leader, but I think that they are mistaken because today in day, in the schools, besides all the daily classes, the children make exercices in those that are taught for example to have empathy, and to learn how to listen to the other people, this has demonstrated a reduction the the rate of violence in the schools of 7% and it also shows us that if it can to teach to lead and that it is very necessary too.

To conclude I think that the most important before teaching values to be leader it is to want to be it, and this measure should be copied by many governments of the world, for that in the future the world is a better place to live.
